2023 2024 Instructional Calendar Approved Cross Timbers Middle School Gcisd will begin the 2023 2024 school year on tuesday, august 15, 2023. the calendar for the upcoming school year was approved by gcisd’s board of trustees at their december 19 meeting. a few additional holidays and important dates on the calendar include: district holidays are on september 4, october 9, january 15, march 29, may 27 and june 19.
