350 Chevy Tbi Engine Tear Down Rebuild Video 1 Going form being towed back to full power! in this video i fully rebuild the tbi system with new injectors, gaskets, o rings, the works! its kind of a longer. 5.7 tbi. dont try to remove the throttle blades .unles you are going to have the throttle shaft re bushed. and let a machine shop do it well worth $25. but if theres no a lot of play in it, and it doesn't binde, dont bother.and, soak those injectors in a small chip dip bowl, and hit them with 12 volt pulses. When i first put the engine in it made 177 whp and 262 wtq with the headers, older oe dual exhaust and x pipe. after the manifold tbi air cleaner swap and 1.6 rockers it made 204 whp and 306 wtq. then i swapped a 1996 lt4 roller camshaft into it. cam swap pushed it to 250 whp and 320 wtq. Truck year. 1983. truck model. k10. engine size. none. rebuild. tons cheaper if you do it. you can get complete kits with new pistons and then of course all the normal things, gaskets, rings, bearings, but the master kits have cams as well i'm pretty sure, point is, $300 for the master kit usually.
