You need to find out if there is a signal getting to the cooling fan assembly to tell it to turn on. if the coolant has reached 220f. if there is a signal that should tell the fans to operate, but the fans aren't working, replace the fan assembly (approximately $100.00) and is relatively easy to do. but if there is no signal reaching the fan.
