Visual effects channel filmcore has replaced some of the notable creatures with scientifically accurate dinosaurs. when jurassic park was made nearly 30 years ago, the mesozoic era dinosaurs were accurate based on the knowledge at that time, except for maybe the velociraptor which would be a less impressive dog size dino. "scientifically accurate" is really going to depend on when you're measuring the scientific accuracy. aside from velociraptors, i don't know that any of the dinosaurs were all that scientifically inaccurate in the time frames and based upon the accepted research at the time that certain of the movies were made.
