Contactor Will Not Pull In With 24v Youtube If your contactor coil is not getting 24vac, it will not pull in. if you find that your contactor is getting 24vac, the issue could be that the contactor coil is burned out, or there is corrosion on the contacts. here are the causes of an ac contactor not pulling in: no voltage to the contactor coil. the condensate switch is triggered. Is your ac contactor not pulling in the plunger? is the contactor coil not getting 24v? in this video i go over 10 possible reasons why your air conditioner.

No Error Code Present 24v When I Check Y To C Yet Contactor Not Contactor not pulling in with 24v. i have an ac with contactor not pulling in. there is 24 voltage on the two poles connected to the contactor when i pull them off the contactor and measure them separately ( no voltage if i measure the coil on the contactor directly when the two poles connected to it). this usually means contactor is bad. The condenser fan will not start. i replaced a bad run capacitor. the fan ran but shortly stopped. upon further checking i found a blown [color=#2c2e2f]fan control board. i installed a new board and the fan will still not run. i tried bypassing the fan control board[ color] and connected the high speed (bk) to t2 on the contactor with no results. Replaced the contactor and still won’t pull in. high pressure switch and safety are both fine, i disconnected both and checked for continuity and have no issues with the pressure switches, reconnected all my wiring and still have 24v to my contactor but still doesn’t pull in even though it’s brand new. This is a short video for a contactor not pulling in even after it has a 24v call. and no, its not a bad contactor. please like and subscribe. thanks for wat.
