Israeli Tanfoglio Cz 75 Clone R Czfirearms Cdkjudoka. • 1 yr. ago. canik tristar was one of the best czish clones out there, but they were clones of the jerichos, which are tanfoglio clones. out of all of the cz based pistols i owned, my sphinx sdp compact was the top of the heap. the only factory trigger that came close to it was my p229 legion. 1. og cz 75 (obviously) well duh! the og cz 75 makes the list. it’s still produced, specifically, the b model with its firing pin block. first model cz 75 (photo: sgaba) current production cz 75s give you the look and feel of the famed design. besides the unique slide rails, the cz 75 kills it ergonomically.

The tristars are built well, but it is more than the finish in the cz clones that is different. spring quality is different as well, treatment of mating surfaces in the trigger parts is different as well. the turkish cz clones have considerably heavy and gritty triggers compared to the czech pistols. safety switches, operate easier on the cz. To this day, they are still imported and regarded as very reliable and well made. 4. the sphinx sdp — the swiss clone. if you want to pay a lot of money for a cz clone, the swiss have you covered. the sphynx systems sdp series are some top tier cz clones. sphinx did more than just produce another cz 75.
