Download the restorarion project mod i linked in the main post. once you install it there will be a "mods" folder on the fallout 2 directory, then download the talking heads mods and extract the "talking heads.dat" file into the "mods" folder. oh thanks for the fast reply!!! i wasn't using the rp mod you posted!!. It might not be worth it cause fallout 2 only uses a limited palette of colours hence why the images look a little "crusty", you can probably tell by looking at the talking heads in this video. feel free to dm me but i'd also recommend the no mutant allowed website and forums since that's where i learned most of what i need to start modding.

In game, they are working now, even fo2 tweaks goes just fine. the other mods that came with rpu, comp armor, appearance, they all seem to work just fine. what noticibly doesn't work and i installed it on the same place is the talking heads. so upu is just the patches and rpu is the patches all the restoration project content, so you would. Related: fallout 5 should be a survival horror, not an rpg. last year, modder goat boy added over 100 original talking heads to fallout 2 in their 'talking heads addon' mod. now a new project wants to add voice acted lines to every one of these talking heads. the project comes courtesy of black electric who has already added voice acted lines.
