Flags Of The Bolivian Departments R Vexillology I recently found out about the beautifully simple flags of the departments of bolivia. this post shows all nine flags, along with the three national flags (both official and semi official). put together by me. I wanted to mimic the designs of bolivian department flags while also adding more symbolism to them. the flags are not intentionally following the american vexillogical society's rules on flag design.
