Edit: just remembered, there's a book on it called "rapid fat loss handbook" by lvle mcdonald. but tldr: 0.8 1.5g protein lb weight, <20g carbs and fat. work out 3 4 times max, get in electrolyte (lite salt and broth help) and don't do too, much cardio. duration depends on how fat you are, which i mentioned earlier.
