John Deere 24 Degree Cold Start 1954 70 Years Old Locust M Jd1025r cold start issue. have had my 1025r through one winter so far. have about 205 hours on the meter. the tractor below 55f starts with a cloud of blue white smoke and a death rattle miss, for a minimum of 10 seconds at 55f and up to 35 40 seconds at zero or below . without the optional block heater. The x590 has plug in diagnostic system. that should be able to test the engine and ecu. i can tell you without a doubt the x590 should ( as mine does) start with turn of a key no matter how cold or how long it sits. if yours is not it is clearly a problem. 2015 john deere x590 kawasaki 25.5hp efi 48" deck.
