Cut 5 pieces of thread 2 3 feet long. use thread that is the same color as your card backing. tie the thread at the 5 locations shown below. the thread should sit inside the slot in the heart pieces: put the 5 threads through the 5 holes in the white card backing, starting with the center thread.
