Roman Numerals R Musictheory I found a very handy chart that shows roman numerals for all the 7 major modes (i, bii, biii, etc) i am wondering if there are more of these for the other modes that go with the other scales (phrygian dominant, etc etc) i am also wondering if there is a list somewhere of all the modes that exist to go with all the scales. For example: we write the major mode as follows: i ii iii iv v vi vii o ; so in c major, that would be: c dm em f g am and bdim. now, if i wanted to write out the parallel minor aeolian mode, my instinct would tell me to notate it as follows: i ii o iii iv v vi vii. (the chords being cm, ddim, eb, fm, gm, ab, and bb) this makes sense to me.
