The Joker Daffy Duck 1 Review Impulse Gamer It’s a fun story that stays true to joker’s violence and insanity and actually uses daffy duck in a positive way. the backup is written by joey cavalieri with art by luciano vecchio and plays up the insanity of both characters very well. together this is a very tight looney tunes dc crossover. fine, you have my attention. Conclusion: this issue was a fun little crossover between characters i never thought would fit. the art for this issue is fantastic, capturing the zaniness of daffy and the dark acts of joker. while the story is a fun one, it might be best to wait for this one to go on sale instead of coughing up the $4.99. review overview.

Daffy Duck As The Joker By Winter Freak On Deviantart Writer: scott lobdell, joey cavaleri artist: brett booth, norm rapmund publisher: dc comics release date: august 29, 2018 cover price: $4.99 critic reviews: 20 user reviews: 9. 7.3 critic rating. 7.0 user rating. when daffy duck pays a call to the acme corporate headquarters in gotham city, he finds the company long gone and their abandoned. The joker looks absolutely insane in this issue he’s all sharp edges and darkness its a thing of beauty! daffy looks incredible too, very howard the duckesque which is never a bad thing. i can totally imagine daffy being a full time henchman for the joker but it’s nice to see that in the end, he’s a nice wee duck deep, deep, deep down. Joker is unsatisfied with the quality of his henchmen. daffy duck decides to take a new job whipping them into shape. this is clearly a great match that will end well for all involved. Lobdell does a great job characterizing both joker and daffy, playing up the insanity of joker as well as the sheer ego of daffy duck. the conclusion. this book is a quick easy read. it is very well written and the story is a lot of fun. i enjoyed the tone set by the art, as well as joker’s insanity as drawn by booth.
