Traxxas X Maxx Power 8s Monster Truck Durability Test Stock Traxxas 8s x maxx vs. hosim 1:10 scale monster truck. the hosim might seem superior at first glance due to the fact that it has similar features and includes a battery and a charger. the transmission range is about 87 yards which is a definite plus. a distinct advantage over the traxxas is that the hosim can easily climb over rocks. The raminator monster truck is bigger. from my experience the xmaxx 8s is a great electric monster truck. it has been more durable than the kraton 8s and is more fun doing wheelies with but the kraton is faster. my xmaxx is pretty much stock and it been durable.
